We are looking “IT support Manager”  for our new project.  

Get to know the Role:

Experience range 3 to 4 years.

Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery. Get a taste for how company really works, behind the scenes.

You’ll be the bridge between Business and Engineering, by working with people from all parts of company and offline/operational teams to deliver new features to market that impact the lives of millions of passengers, drivers and merchants every day.

Define the way of driving these programs and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data driven manner. Owners of the collaboration process and tools.

The day-to-day activities:

General Project management - Prepare project timelines, define milestones, track and report progress, resolve impediments

Quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization

Work with cross functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and QA to ensure on time delivery.

Continuously find ways to help teams and the organisation improve how it delivers.

The must haves:

A project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organisational and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to succeed in company's fast paced environment.

Effective communication skills to handle comms to management, cross functional teams, and a proven track record of getting things done/shipping projects.

Experience working in product delivery is advantageous, but not essential.

Technical Experience:

CCNA Security, CCNP Routing & Switching, MCSA, Risk Assessment, cyber Security law and ethics, Data management, Google Analytices

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week and is based at our offices in Bondi.
